Our Programs and You
Ready Force Cyber offers a variety of credited, non-credited and non-degree training programs designed to equip you with the skills you need to advance your cybersecurity career.
Grading and Completion
Our part-time, professional development programs utilize a Pass/Fail grading system. To successfully complete a program and receive a "Pass" grade, you'll need to maintain at least 80% attendance and demonstrate satisfactory performance as evaluated by your instructor. This evaluation considers your class participation, project completion, exercise and assignment results, and overall understanding of the presented material.
For other Ready Force Cyber courses or programs, grades are not provided. Successful completion in these programs is determined by achieving at least 80% attendance.
Certificate of Completion
Upon successful completion of a Ready Force Cyber course or program, you'll receive a Certificate of Training, typically distributed on your last day of class. This certificate serves as a valuable recognition of your accomplishment and acquired skills.
Assessments (Online Students)
Ready Force Cyber utilizes assessments throughout your online course to gauge your participation and track progress. While not mandatory for course completion, these assessments are valuable tools for instructors to assess your understanding and learning. Your instructor will provide detailed information and answer any questions you may have regarding the assessments. Unless otherwise instructed, all assessments will be conveniently available within our Learning Management System (LMS).
Attendance Policy
Maintaining consistent attendance is crucial for your success. Instructors record daily attendance for all courses, both online and in-person. To successfully complete your program, a minimum attendance of 80% is required.
Missed Classes (In-Person Programs):
If you anticipate missing an in-person class session, it's important to notify both your instructor and program coordinator in advance. This allows them to assist you in making arrangements to catch up on missed material.
Missed Classes (Online Programs):
Life happens! If you miss an online class session, don't worry! Recordings will be available within 24 hours after the class concludes and posted on our learning platform. Viewing the recording will be considered proof of attendance. Remember, it's your responsibility to ensure you catch up on any materials missed during the live session.
Full-Time Vocational Programs:
Specific attendance requirements may apply to full-time vocational programs. These details will be clearly documented within your program's Enrollment Agreement.
Leave of Absence Policy
We understand that personal or professional circumstances might necessitate a break from your studies. Ready Force Cyber works collaboratively with students on a case-by-case basis to accommodate leave of absences, allowing you to resume and complete your program at a later date. Should you need to request a leave of absence, please submit a written request to info@readyforcecyber.org that clearly outlines the reason for your leave.
Academic Records
Ready Force Cyber understands the importance of transparency and access to your academic records. Students have the right to review their files, including transcripts for full-time vocational programs and certificates of training for part-time programs. To request a review or obtain a copy of your transcript or certificate, you can submit an email inquiry to [email address removed].
